Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your business information on GetRoadHero.com or using any service provided by Get Road Hero ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Get Road Hero builds and hosts mobile-first landing pages for towing and roadside assistance businesses, and manages their Google Business Profiles. Our pages include GPS lead forms, click-to-call buttons, and local SEO structure designed to generate direct customer leads for your business.
3. Subscription and Billing
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis with no minimum term. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged in advance to the card you provide at checkout. If a charge fails, we may pause the service until payment is made.
4. Plans, Trial and Discounts
Google profile + website package. $297/month. It includes a starting audit and ongoing management of your Google Business Profile (categories, services, description, photos, weekly posts, review replies), position tracking for 3–5 searches, a monthly report including the number of “Call” taps on your profile as reported by Google, and a website with a GPS request form, 4 nearby city pages and a weekly article. Each additional Google Business Profile for the same company, where offered, is $50/month.
No free trial; intro discount instead. The package has no free trial. For the first 3 monthly billing periods, the package (including any additional profiles) is 50% off. From the 4th billing period on, the regular price applies without further notice.
Discount codes. We may share an offer link with a discount code. A code replaces the intro discount — only one discount applies per order, and discounts do not stack. The amount and duration are shown on the offer page before payment.
Two companies per city. We provide the package to no more than two towing companies in the same city at a time. When the limit is reached, the package cannot be purchased. The limit applies only to our own clients.
Starter and Growth. Starter ($49/month) and Growth ($99/month) begin with a 7-day free trial where the offer says so. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
5. Google Business Profile Access
To manage your profile, you add us as a manager in Google. We never ask for your password. You remain the owner of your profile and can remove our access at any time. Google alone decides how businesses are ranked on Google Maps; we do not guarantee any position, number of calls, or jobs.
6. Content and Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all business information you provide (name, phone number, service area, services offered). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this information to build and operate your landing page.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your business, or to engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Get Road Hero is not responsible for the volume or quality of leads generated through your page. Results depend on local search competition, Google indexing timelines, and other factors outside our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel at any time, with no notice period, by text or by email at jan.wolakdyszynski@gmail.com. Your subscription ends at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; the service continues until then and no further charges are made. Fees for a billing period that has started are not refunded. We may also terminate the subscription at any time. After the subscription ends, your page will be taken offline within 30 days and we will give up our access to your Google Business Profile; changes made to the profile stay in place. We are not obligated to retain your page content after termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email, and of any price change to an active subscription at least one billing period in advance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
