SMS Policy

Overview

Get Road Hero sends SMS messages to drivers who submit a lead form on a towing business landing page. These messages are transactional in nature — they deliver a confirmation that their roadside assistance request was received and provide next steps.

Who Receives SMS Messages

SMS messages are only sent to individuals who actively submit a GPS lead form on a Get Road Hero-powered towing page. By submitting the form and providing their phone number, the user consents to receive a confirmation SMS regarding their roadside assistance request.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Typically, users receive 1–3 messages per incident: a confirmation of their request, a status update, and optionally a follow-up from the towing business.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will be immediately unsubscribed and will not receive further messages. You may re-subscribe at any time by submitting a new lead form.

Privacy
